Dear colleagues!

In this part you can find a registration form, with the help of which you can apply for the accreditation for the Slavske Rock. In this form you should provide information about the publication (name, address, contacts) as well as information about the publication representatives, who apply for accreditation. In addition, the form must specify which articles about the festival were in your publication in the past (or at least last year) and what you plan to do for this year’s event. Please note, the announcement and (or) post-release of the event is a prerequisite for accreditation.

If you have materials about last year’s festival, which you hadn’t provided us yet, please send them to press.slavskerock@gmail.com

We accept materials of the following format:
Print publication: original material or scanned or photographed (in graphics format pdf, jpg, tif, etc.).
Online edition: a hyperlink on the material.
Radio: story on radio or program in which the material came out (in mp3/wav format, etc.).
Television: video (formats: dvd, avi, etc.).

For the festival not more than two people can be accredited from one edition for radio, online and print publication. For television there is possibility of three persons accreditation.

Incomplete accreditation forms are not accepted.

Accredited media representatives may take part in a press tour of the festival. For this in the accreditation form you need to specify whether you are interested in press tour participation. A press tour means meeting the expenses for train tickets round trip, lodging and two meals daily at the festival for media representatives.
Note that the press tour journalists must attend all press conferences of the festival, be sure to announce the festival and make post-release of the event.
Number of press tour participants is limited. The answer about the press tour accreditation you will get at the end of the festival accreditation – after 18 July 2011.

Compulsory condition of accreditation is to announce the Competition “I like the Carpathians”, which is held on our official page on Facebook.

Attention! Filling accreditation form does not mean automatic registration for the festival!
